| Ok, so a while back I think either Lunarwolf or Red brought up the idea of implementing a "Buddy System" where certain members of the agency form a group and quest with each other on a permanant basis, so we've always got a little group on the go together. This not only improves the friendships in the guild but it also prepares us to get used of playing with one another. Obviously it has massive benefits for roleplay as well.
I was wondering who would be interested in joining in this little group of questers?

| OK I'm gonna play the "dumbass" card here, so all feel free to point and laugh - but why would a guild member say "no" to the above?
Whats the point of being in a guild if you never play with any of the people you have formed friendships with?
Oh, and I voted yes somewhat unsurprisingly. I intend to quest (and RP) almost all of the time in synchronization - I appreciate that means I will be one of the lower levels for longer than most, but I'm OK with that.

Bombing off to end-game content, eh Tando? I have to admit that's really not for me - its what killed my sub to WoW after 5 years. Most mmo's only throw raids and daily quests at you after you hit top level which bores me to tears if I'm honest! Raiding is OK if you have the guild/mates for it, but even that can get on my wick. Its one of the reasons I am really looking forward to seeing if BW can live up to their boast of every storyline being different - I wanna see everything that all 8 classes have to offer!

Well the reason I've brought it up again is because I REALLY don't want things going the way of the NerĂ¡nians where everyone was at a different level and aside from the awesome RP we very rarely did much together. I think this is gonna be my plan: Designate a character (possibly Creed if spy becomes available as we'll need the variation) to stay as part of the main questing posse and prolly make my main more of a soloing type.

People who just want to power level ahead, I don't understand it myself. It seems stupid to play on an RP server only to blast through the game and not RP |

If I wanted to do something on my own I'd go off crafting or something. I find it odd how people play MMO's only to solo but I guess thats just me.

Someone was asking on the boards what end game content would, complaining there had been no info, how can a game with 8 classes each with different stories not be interesting end game Anyway I voted yes ofc

| I'll only blast through the levels if I'm enjoying the game too much. | |

| Hmmm... I'd prefer things flexible to be honest. I'd love in the long run to be doing quests with my guildies, but if I'm on and they're on? Or what about visa versa? What if we end up on different levels just by this chance (coupled with other things naturally). I'm unsure about this, but I'd go for it unless there wasn't a decent structure around. | |

| Oh we'll no doubt be on at different times and at different levels on quite a few occassions, but it'd be nice to have a regular group to quest with. I personally find levelling a lot more fun if I'm doing it with friends. | |

| This is a good idea. I'm surely up to it as well. However, only when game launches we'll see If it will work from practical side as well, not only theoretical | |

| i like this idea. It allows everyone to play alts without having to worry about the rest of the guild playing ahead. It will also improve our team skills when in large fights. | |

Exactly. We could end up with Han and Chewie style teams who always are expected to work together, and whose RPs tend to work well.

Ditto. I'd much rather play TOR with my guildmates rather than spending all my time grinding and chasing on the tails of those ahead of me in levels, never actually managing to catch up. I'm going to take my time with this game and enjoy it. Hopefully some others here will feel the same! |
