| Well I might have a crack at it tomorrow night, apparently I have Movie Maker (thank you microsoft for downloading programs I didn't agree to!) But I've never used it so Harl is the better candidate to do it or if he's busy he could emial me the relevant video files and i could stick it together. | |

I'd guess that's a question for me, right? lol And to answer, it's really difficult not to answer a question that asks "Seriously?" without giving a serious answer. It seems I can't win. Seriously. |

P.S Seriously serious here... I'm well aware of that! But this is getting really off-topic (sorry folks!) so I'm going to stop being silly and get back to the serious discussion of teaser trailers... |

| Hehe, I'd like to continue working on the movie, Priory, you can have a bash if you want, nothing's stopping you. Right now though, I need the script so I can start working on it. Here's what I have so far:
Clip: Disclaimer Clip: Panoramic shot of Hutta Clip: Bioware Logo Clip: Tactical Map with Generals Clip: Lucas Arts Logo Clip: Kel Dor walking on Hutta Clip: Bearbull Logo Clip: Bounty Hunter running on Hutta (fades) - Melee of Heavy Action clips, shooting, slashing, etc. - Clip: Clash of Kel Dor and Jedi weapons Picture: Blasters for Hire Logo with words "Blasters for Hire" Title: Now Recruiting
Music: At the start, there is a heart beat for each of the clips, then at the melee of action clips, it goes to Redrum from Immediate Music. After the clips, it goes back to the heart beats.
What do you guys think? | |

| Sounds good but it may be a bad idea to interject all the footage with the bioware/lucas arts stuff I'm not sure
Btw where did you get your footage from did you download it directly off youtube?

| I can't seem to download from Youtube, so I get the footage off the main site, just press the "jumping arrow" at the bottom right of any video. And I won't put in all the footage, just what I deem good enough. | |

| Actually Harly, before I do go into detail on this commercial, I have a job for you!
Is there anyway you could go onto the swtor..com and mesh all of the class 'Combat Tactics' videos all into one for me? Something tells me that those little snippets might come handy in the commercial as well. If you can do it, I'd like the Bounty Hunter and Trooper one seperate.

| I'm sorry, I'm unable to do this. SW:TOR doesn't allow me to download this combat tactic videos, while Youtube doesn't provide a download service. The only way I can aquire them is by purchasing fraps and taking the video as seen by the screen, but I don't have it yet, nor am able to buy it. | |

| Here's an attempt I made to teach myself Windows Movie Maker. You know what I learned? It's ****. You can probably tell there are a bunch of audio files missing - regular WAVs and MP3s wmv had no problem with in it's project preview window but (after hours of trouble shooting why it wouldn't finish publishing the damn thing I went through it removing and replacing each and every part) found the perfectly fine files to blame and removed them. Then it goes and sticks weird flashing lines at the bottom of the movie which weren't there on the preview. And the whole program is horridly unstable. It restarted itself a dozen times making that one little movie. The final spelling mistake is all mine, though. ... It looked much more polished in a finished state. Even with the spelling mistake. I'm not even going to touch a barge-poll that's been anywhere near that program ever again! I have a new found respect for you Harl – I'm amazed you're even sane. |

| I probably stay sane the way you and Lunar do while doing artwork, you grin and bear it, with the thought that everyone's relying on you Truth be told, I am more experianced with the program, but my first couple of movies were terrible, hehe, I could only do dance videos - which actually, after tweaking, turned out ok. The movie's not that bad though, I see were you're coming from, and the start was actually great! But yeah, I'm having another bash at the trailer with what I have now, going to put all your ideas together. | |

| Right I've talked with a few other people in the guild and the video will now be put on hold indefinitely. I appreciate all the work thats gone into making one but I just don't feel we're all on the same page when it comes to the final production and I think that we don't have enough to really work with yet. The original idea of the video was that it was supposed to be made for fun and that it may help with attracting allies. It was never really meant for recruitment or anything more than a promo.
On the other hand I would still like to keep it an open option for a later date, and if you could Harl, I'd still like you to create all the guild in-game footage videos? If thats ok of course? If not, send me a PM and let me know.
