At least they bothered to draw in backgrounds for nearly all of the panels this week. |

| Now I honestly don't believe they'd do two class reveals in a row but I found this on SWTOR.com: - Kal-El wrote:

- New class announced for Star Wars: The Old Republic
Hot on the hills of confirming the Jedi Knight class for new Star Wars MMO The Old Republic, LucasArts has announced the Imperial Agent as the latest addition to the line up.
Where as most of the other characters are based on existing Star Wars stawarts such as Han Solo (Smuggler) and Boba Fett (Bounty Hunter), the Imperial Agent is not immediately linked to an existing fan favourite.
“He uses subterfuge in order to infiltrate and assassinate enemies of the Empire”
We asked producer Blaine Christine to explain exactly what players can expect from an Imperial Agent: “He works behind the scenes doing the real dirty work of the Empires. He specialises in high tech gear and always has the right gear at the right time. He uses subterfuge in order to infiltrate and assassinate enemies of the Empire with deadly efficiency. Players who play as Imperial Agents will see the underbelly of the Empire in a way never before seen.”
That currently brings the character classes announced to six but we’ve been assured that more will be revealed very soon. NowGamer.com

- BioWare and LucasArts have revealed the sixth of eight character classes in their Star Wars MMO, The Old Republic: the Imperial Agent.
This rogue-style class on the Empire side specialises in subterfuge, infiltration and assassination, doing the Empire's dirty work behind the scenes. Imperial Agents' skills will be based around the use of high-tech gadgetary.
They will show you "the underbelly of the Empire in a way never before seen," producer Blaine Christine told press at an EA event earlier this week.
There was a hint that Imperial Agents would be coming to the game when they were detailed in a timeline trailer earlier this year.
Agents join Sith Warriors and Bounty Hunters on the Empire side, and face off against Jedi Knights, Smugglers and Troopers fighting for the Republic. That leaves two classes to be revealed.
We may or may not be doing just that when we bring you more on Star Wars: The Old Republic in a few weeks' time. Eurogamer.net
Eurogamer seems to hint at the reveal of the next two classes in a few week's time! SWTOR.com LINKEdit: And there seem to be some very convincing pics: CLICK |

| Be cool if they do! Though I agree its a bit "against the norm" for them to release two classes so close to one another. The Trooper / Smuggler reveal was pretty close, but not this close. I have another prediction for a friday update: The Save-A-Jawa Foundation! | |

The Save-A-Jawa Foundation! Haha! They have to be f***ing psychic, but I think once that ad hits the Holonet they'd be mad not to flan-friday it! lol But as for the Spy; they've been gaining speed with the release of important updates and maybe it's because they're up against a deadline for the Beta going live? Those articles hint at more class reveals very soon so maybe a big-boss is kicking @% to have the Beta launched on time? Just a speculation. |

| Nope. It looks like a Threat of Plot and a Jedi Knight Dev Blog. Oh well, never mind... *sigh* (Still interesting about the Spy, though! lol) Edit: And Sean has announced it: - SeanDahlberg wrote:
- And the next class reveal is…
For those of you who may have attended or read reviews from the Electronic Arts European Press Tour that happened earlier this week, you already know the answer to this. It’s the Imperial Agent!
The Imperial Agent is heavily inspired by several classic Star Wars characters such as Zam Wessel and Grand Moff Tarkin. Imperial Agents work behind the scenes to get the work of the Empire done. Specializing in high-tech gear, the Imperial Agent always has the right tools at the right time. They use abilities of subversion and subterfuge to infiltrate and assassinate enemies of the Sith Empire with deadly efficiency. Players who choose to be Imperial Agents in The Old Republic (TOR) will see the underbelly of the Empire in a whole new light.
Stay tuned for the Imperial Agent’s HoloNet update next week. In the meanwhile, join the speculation on the Imperial Agent’s class forums!
UPDATE: IncGamer has some screenshots up, too:

| Not quite the spy class SS was hoping for but at least its there And WHAT a moustache one of the ose guys has stuble as well as a woman with some dark eyeliner, those graphics are starting to look very good though esp for a MMO, notice thought they seem to be on Balmorra new home world for the Agents? if they share it possibly an engineer class might be stationed there as well. @SS if you read this I still need moderator privileges to edit the media/updates section | |
