I think we should really thank LW for putting this together, he's always doing things for the guild (behind our backs ) and now this, it'll definatly be a great addition to the guild and its standing in the SW:TOR community, so thanks

It looks brilliant even now but one thing that pops to mind is possibly resizing the banner sometime in the future so fits a bit more neatly, anyway I can't wait to add to this!

Although I do love this Wiki I think I'll be removing it as a forum cause I don't think it requires a whole category. A stickied thread would be fine methinks. Hope thats ok?

Up to you chief (E.P.O.C.H. is your forum) - I merely put it as a catagory so it wouldn't get overlooked and forgotten about. I'm hoping that with enough input from people it will become an important part of the guild. I for one find it nice and easy to navigate when I need to do things like find out how many agents in each Department we have, etc - and I think its something that could be very helpful for new Agents to look through to get up to speed on the guild.

I'd just like to say I'd prefer it to stay as it is, but I'll abide by your decision, as always.

I was going to work on this yesterday but I'm not entirly sure what the plan is on its structure, are we having an individual agent pages similar to the Evil Wiki entries, or are we doing just more detailed page that we have now.
Are we also going to do a run down of RPs as wel,l in the case of The Swollen shack a breif sum up of what happend

Ok, that's fair enough, since the guild will split it's hard to see the future for the wiki and drastic changes will have to be made to it. Maybe it should be a wiki for both guilds? *shrug*

Just a quick Wiki-update:


I am about to start work on re-designing the Wiki to emphasise our new Guild Direction, a process that will take 1 - 2 weeks.

I will be attempting to keep as much information as possible (especially info contributed by others) but there will be much less of a mention of The Republic - Specifically because the Republic side of EPOCH will exist only in the form of Non-Player Characters and back-story to the Guild.

I'll update this when the site is fully accessible again.

Nope I'm more than up for help mate, in fact I'd welcome it!

I need to consider which pages are not needed and can be cut, which bits to expand and possibly a new layout.

I also need to change the colour scheme but thats a little way down the line - though if anyone can come up with some suggestions, I'm open to hearing them - I was thinking either gold & black (to mirror this place) or a dark red theme to make it "sith-like"

Gold and black would be pretty awesome. It seems to be our 'unofficial' colour scheme anyway.

Ok - now that the Wiki is "up to date" (I'm still working on sorting the "gold and black" colour scheme, I have NO experience with CSS style sheets ), I was wondering:

So far this is mostly "In-Game" info, I've not put anything in about Classes, or game mechanics, primarily because we don't have much info.

We could work on the Contracts info that Harl suggested in that thread and make some semi firm possible contract positions?

Good thinking PJK, but perhaps this is something to be done on the Agents listings - I'll also think up a list of all the base jobs we could do. For now though, could we move the contract database to the Officer Forum, or at least an Agent-only thread for reasons I've previously stated? It will benefit us in the long run I'm sure.

The contract database only lists the current RP missions were on with Allies nothing classified Harl

I've already made a brief list of job types which you can find HERE, if it saves you any time? its not exactly complete but I couldnt think of any more for now...

We could do, but it would kinda suffer from never being seen by the vast majority of people if we do that. I'm not saying we can't do that of course, just discussin'

11th March 2010 Update:

I've just added in 4 new pages, one for each of the classes. For now they only contain information already on the Holonet, and I'll be updating it with some of the other data found there (such as the visual identification matrix and concept art) but I am also leaving space to add information in for once the game goes live (talent trees, powers, etc).

I'm hoping to create a character skill generator as well (akin to some of the ones other games provide lke wow, sto etc) so you can plan out your skills in advance of making a character.

For now though, as I've said, the pages are in quite a basic stage:

Bounty Hunter

Imperial Agent

Sith Inquisitor

Sith Warrior

I'm finding the Wiki is taking longer than expected to set up, organize and format so I'm gonna ask for some help - if anyone is interested?

What I need is INFO.

I can handle the details about EPOCH specifically, but I need to get hold of known TOR Game information.

For example, I'm soon to start a page for each of the classes and I need to find all the info I possibly can on each one, from known powers (such as The BH's "Death From Above" attack) to speculative infomation (so long as it has some basis in fact) but I just don't have the time to round these kind of things up.

So what I'm asking for is for people to find any useful snippetts of info, leaked or official which I can add into the Wikia. If its speculative I will need to mark it as such though so if people could please be clear whether it is official information from BW/LA or not that would be really helpful.

This info can come in any shape, order or amount. Just literally dump anything you find in this thread and I'll update it as soon as I possible can by incorporating it into our wiki.

Darth Hater is a pretty good source of insider info, but there are other places too.
