For those that haven't read it yet check out the latest GamesRadar interview that I linked in the last update in the media section. I reckon it's probably the best interview I've read yet!

All I can say is....

Really? As far as I'm aware thast the first official word on space combat from BioWare??? confused

Hehehe aye yeah I read the "space experience" thing before, but for me "space combat" reads as something entirely different. "Space combat" suggests we will be in the thick of things and blowing ships to kingdom come, whilst "space experience" may just be leaving a spaceport to go to a base off world.

But hey I'm probably getting too excited about this as it is so I shall try and relax! Wink

I was thinking this was a slip up becuase the smugglers are'nt sith aligned so it "must" be for the Sith assasin/spy class to use cover with, but it could be an enviroment used for both factions I'm sure we'll be going on a sith cruiser at some point.

My favourite paragraph in the entire interview:

“We have to ignore the top of the hardcore,” says Walton, talking about those players who will simply ignore the story and min-max their way to the top end of the game. “We need to make a game that is accessible to the Star Wars fan, and the BioWare fan. Because really BioWare is a company that is about making a great RPG experience, not about making games for a hardcore MMO audience.”

Glad to hear it. If people like it or not they'll be roleplaying as MMORPG's are supposed to be. Comments like that give me high hopes for the roleplaying as well and how it might effect how strict their policy is.
