7. In this section we have guild news. It will obviously flourish more when the game comes out, but right now, it will have news such as the new guild name or new alliances. Not to say such important things won't be highlighted after the game goes gold. Is this General Guild? Yeah theres alot to talk about recently so thats in the bag. - Quote :
- 8. Forum updates. This will highlight what changes the forum has taken over the week, This bit may usually be empty, but sometimes it could hold important information that members should be aware of. The newsletter is a good way of getting this through.
Do you really want just a week? or the main forums updates since the last newsletter, obviously not all of them just the main important ones

That way we can at least guarantee something interesting.

| Release date is offically the 30th of July. It's a long way off I know, but it will give us plenty of time to get things done. If we get it in earlier, I'll consider shortening the release date (I'm toying with the idea of the 20th with how things are going...).
Yes, 7 is the General Guild... Also, as SS said, please post your ideas here. It doesn't mean that we won't consider them if you send them to us, but it will make our lives a lot easier. Oh, and there will be a puzzle, but I'm not letting on what...

| The section is called "The Rogue's Riddle" and the reward for finding the answer first and contacting me with it is a special mention in the next newsletter... | |

| I've been thinking about the top right info description on Tando "Slice" introuduction for the newsletter and I think this would probably be best to have as the text:
INCOMING TRANSMISSION LOCATING SOURCE... SOURCE: UNKNOWN WARNING! SLICE HAS BEEN DETECTED PRIORITY: URGENT WARNING OVERRIDE IN PROGRESS... TRANSMISSION DECRYPTING...

| Sounds good! Following that, there'll be a note from the head office I suppose and then Skursir will take it from there... I'm going to have to find a way to make Skursir a hacker... | |

| Well my plan was to include Skursir's name as the "Slicer" in question in the first bit that will be IC (as the Falleen). Then I think after that we'll go straight into the OOC Guild Masters introduction.
So for example it might be something like this
"Are we in agent Skursir?" "Yesss ssssiir.... transsssmittting feed asss we sssspeeak" "Fine work, then let us begin"
Thats just an example of course as you'll be taking the short part as Skursir.

| Ssoundss juiccy! Slicer Skursir, I like the sound of that. I think I can get away with saying that Skursir had some hacking training as a commando to infiltrate enemy territory and the like. In the guild, he uses this to his advantage by hacking into Republic and Sith frequencies and trasmitting them to the guild. In later pictures showing the "Boss" for the incomming transmittion section, we can have Skursir's head poking up from behind the Falleen and sometimes, Skursir can cover for him, saying that "The bosss hass got into ssome... Trouble..." or something like that. But most of the time, we should have the Falleen as he is the boss. | |

| Haha! It happens, my first E.P.O.C.H logo came out as "E.P.O.CH" (no . in it) and I'd already flattened the image in Photoshop! /n00bpalm By the way that Falleen image is looking a lot nicer now. | |

| Great stuff Tando dood! I can see those tips I gave you were just the ticket! (/self-sarcasm) Hahah! You can have half my workload if you like? One small thing though... It's like a sort of header for the newsletter, yeah? Isn't it on the slightly large side as it stands..? Bloody good work, though! |

| I didn't know what size to make it lol, so I just made it big and then it's easy to scale down. | |

| I'll muck about with the sizes to see what fits best so don't worry about that. I have to send out a newsltter to myself anyway first to make sure it comes out ok. | |

Yeah thats how I always work with imagery of all mediums too. You make it as big as possible so that it scales down safely. Make it smaller initially and when you have to increase the size it looks bloody awful. Fell foul of that trap early in my digi-career!

| Nice pic, looks very Slicer-worthy! We need the title to be done though, maybe I'll get round to that... Oh, and please, if you find a job you think would suit you, don't hesitate to ask for it. It must sound like I'm desperate! | |

| Best Picture: Find the best star wars related pic you can, funny or not. Give it a paragraph explaining what it is and personal opinion. It's best to make it to do with TOR and read into secret info, such as the Bioware star map or the rodian jedi, etc. etc.
Client Spotlight: Give a questionnaire to an allied guild or in-game client concerning their relationship to us. Ask about 10 questions though they must be relevent to both us and them (give some questions asking who there are and what they're about too though).
Leaked Intel: Find the juiciest leaked info from TOR and put it on for us. Give us a paragraph explaining what it's about as well. This can be in the form of a picture though and can tie in with the "Best Picture" if you want...
