| Oooo, this is getting exciting. Edit: Nice intro Harl. I just need to check. Do I work for E.P.O.C.H now or have I not been recruited yet in the story? If I was I would know Skursir already wouldn't I? I think I just answered that myself... | |

| It's your choice if you're in EPOCH or not yet. Skursir won't have met you yet though - I'd like to go through that stage. You can post now if you want... | |

| I'll keep JJ as not being in EPOCH. That way he can meet up with you guys and somehow get himself linked up with you all.
I'l try and post later, but it may not get to tonight.

Was I? I really have no idea what I'm doing... And about being teamed with Dugo, it would seem I have inadvertently named his ship, I can edit the name if needed. I also added a bit at the end about seeing someone who Artekus had ran into before, I dunno if that should be a new NPC or Dugo himself? |

| I had actually thought the person Id be baby-sitting would be an NPC so came up with a random name for a ship. |

| I guess I'll have to meet up with Artekus later... I actually have an idea on where this could go (no spoilers) but for the here and now, I'd like Skursir to develop a bond with JJ so they become an awesome fighting force. Maybe a bit like Big Daddies and Little Sisters in Bioshock? | |

Are'nt you our diplomat to GTC as well Harl Okay as to this NPC thing Artekus, if you want you can have him as your Smuggler and escort him, you don't have to be teamed up with Dugo (poor Dugo ) I already had a character in mind to go with dugo anyway, so its up to you prefrably soon though, I'm updating on Monday

I said "a bit", like the sister does the gathering and leading while the big daddy escorts her. Anyway, I want another post! Fast! My patience is wearing out!

| Erm, Jens doesn't need no baby-sitter. He can take care of himself thankyou very much. Also, Harl. Jens isn't frail. I'm not sure why you thought he would be, but he ain't. He is quite athletic looking for his age (39) or did you just mean frail compared to a Trandoshan? Am I the only one who can post the next part of the story? I'm not to keen on this being under presure to post to be honest. I will try and get something posted up tomorrow. | |

Nobody should be putting anyone under any pressure for posting in play-by-post RPs. It's a very serious breach of etiquette which in the past contributed to a member being expelled from the guild. There's been a recent drive to kick-start stalling forum RP. One of the problems this push was intended to solve was that up to and over a month could pass by before certain people involved in an RP would show up and post something. But this one hasn't even been going for a week yet! I can understand a bit of enthusiasm but players must appreciate the time it takes to formulate a decent post and the real life commitments/pursuits that take priority. I think the new guidelines ask for members involved in play-by-post to commit to a minimum of one post a week per RP. If anyone is badgering people to post above that then they will have to learn some patience or face the consequences. |

Also, Harl. Jens isn't frail. I'm not sure why you thought he would be, but he ain't. He is quite athletic looking for his age (39) or did you just mean frail compared to a Trandoshan? Frail compared to the Trandoshan who's built for bulk and big blasters - yes. He's also used to working along people who are of a similar size in the army. Though this isn't new, he still counts Jens as frail, but I suppose meek is a better word? Still, Skur's opinion is subject to change, right? Also, I don't think I'm badgering Nosyd, and it's true that everything isn't down to him. There are plenty of oppurtunities for people in this RP to post aswell (some who haven't even posted yet!). Only thing is, Skursir is unable to progress without Jens but I can wait, especially with his situation in RL.

Maybe not, but looking back over the posts I can see how you might have given this impression. I honestly didn't make my post with yourself in mind – it was a general comment in response to Nosyd post. I didn't know who he was talking about but if you think my post was aimed at yourself I can now see why you could assume so: - Harlequin2 wrote:

Friday Jul 10, 2009 6:10 pm Neither of these comments are worthy of a firing squad obviously! lol And no, they wouldn't constitute "badgering" either, I agree. But I think that however your comments were intended and whoever they were aimed at they could be interpreted as "nudging"? And saying Nosyd was a point of conversation in both these posts, it's easy to see where the confusion started. There's maybe a lesson for us all to be learned here. I'm just not sure what it is! lol! |

| Maybe the lesson is that your true intentions aren't properly conveyed over the forum due to lack of tone and expression, so you have to watch what you type? But in any case, I don't want this RP to "lag" or "die" even... | |

| I'm not one for causing any kind of drama if I can help it, and sorry if I did in anyway. I did feel a little pressured into posting my next part of the story and wasn't too happy about that, being really honest. I do also understand that it is very easy to get the wrong end of the stick when reading post's on a forum and what people are trying to say and how it can be interpreted on a forum can be very different. I have it in my head what I'm going to post next in the story. I just need to find the time to do it, everytime I start real life pops up and interupts me. Just please don't all wait for me. | |

| Nice post Nosyd. I've replied now so and it looks like this RP is going quite well! You didn't have to post just yet mind but I have to say that it gives a good bit of weight to the story. Congratulations for sticking by this even though, as you said "real life pops up and interupts me." | |

| Not that I know of. I think Priory is going to introduce the bounty hunters on Monday and you'll probably be paired up with an NPC played by him, though you can still make a post if you want, but I'm on strict anti-pressure ruling so do what you like (within reason). | |

Just please don't all wait for me. I hope I wasn't any part of that Nosyd (maybe the "i'm updating on monday" comment? if so i'm sorry ) , I read what your going through so really your not under any pressure, anyway at this point your just introducing yourselves so theres no big rush Anyway Dugo could have posted as well so we wern't all waiting for you, not that Dugo was in the "wrong" either you both have a week to post so don't feel pressured! As long as we keep a regular pace we'll be fine, i might set up an update calendar the same to Dark secrets and DATD to get rid of confusion. - Quote :

- Pssst, you called me Nosyd in the story.
OOC name calling and persuading other players to ignore the Temporal Lock tut tut thats TREASON!!!!! Go straight to jail, do not pass go, do not pick up 200 hundred wookie cookies! Sup Tando, I'm posting the Bounty Hunter intro tonight so you can post tomorrow and the Temporal lock will be unlocked, you'll be working for the Sith so I'm glad you didn't post here Origonally there were going to be more BHs but it'll only be you and my NPC now, your working for the Sith so there are no team ups with them although they'll be sending you information.

| I think this has got a bit out of hand with the confusion over who's posting when and who's paired up with who. Luckily for me, I'm working with the Republic and that works so much better for Skursir's sake. I guess the Sith will be overpowered by the number of Republic guys... | |
