The Hunt For Gollum

Well I have to say that there aren't many things that make me go "WOW!" but this trailer for a new Lord of the Rings fan made movie had me salivating. Considering it was only made by about 150 people this is amazing....

Alas I tried to watch / download / burn it but got an "Error: Technical Difficulties" hasslepop appear so will try again later.

EDIT: Got it sorted. Downloading now, ready for burn This is gotta be watched on my dvd player!

I also saw a really nicely done Star Wars fanfilm once but cant remember the name of it for the life of me. I remember it was Italian with English subtitles, but thats about it. If I find it I'll post it in the Star Wars clip thread.

Cool I'll watch that in a sec. I've just finished watching The Hunt For Gollum and it's really good! Definitely the best I've seen yet. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that Arwen was a bit of a munter!

By the way how did you download it?

well, two ways really:

Easiest is install the free version of Realplayer which allows you to download most vids off the net (youtube etc) or

if you have firefox Flashgot

What I want to know is - how are they going to creat a decent Gollum?

They already did He shows up quite nicely at the end!

No, I mean, how he moves about and all that while still looking realistic... I didn't see much of him at the end anyway - just faintly.
