| Since a decision hasn't yet been announced is it too late to propose a couple new suggestions?
For new recruits:
Inductee Accomplice
I like the sound of 'Accomplice'. It's got criminal overtones and means you're part of whatever's going on but not fully. I think it fits the status perfectly. |

| So we're sticking with 'Initiate' rather than 'Accomplice'? No big deal, just thought the late entry sounded more crimey. |

| Right-o guys time to decide the new title for "Guild Officers". I personally really like the idea of making it "Special Agent" and it sounds very similar to "Agent" but with added perks and resonsibilty. which is precisely what the role is. What I need is for everyone to make a suggestion or if possible an agreement with someone elses suggestion and then I think I'll put it to a poll. If I think they devaite too far away from the guild's concept though then it will be discarded. Just remember keep these facts in mind: - We are an agency NOT a crime syndicate (although I know we do have criminal connections).
- Yes were are a business but we're not office workers - we're Bounty Hunters, Spies, Assassins, Smugglers and dirty space pirates!
- Stick with what we already have so it doesn't sound too out of place alongside Agents, Initiates, etc....

| "Special Operative" or "SpecOps" would be my suggestion. | |

| I like "Special Operative" as well. It sounds seperate from the others and yet it still fits in well. | |

| I've been racking my brain (doesn't take me long) to try and come up with something, but I can't. I think 'Special Agent' fits just right.
I was think along the lines of a level type thing. Like 'Level 1 Agent' for the officer and then 'Level 2 Agent' for the Agent, but then I scrapped that idea because it was crap and didn't make the Officer title stand out enough. So that was my brain racking done. | |

| Well working within those particular parameters, I'd say "Special Agent" fits the bill perfectly.
I don't think I'll strain my brain coming up with an alternative cos lets face it – in an organisation which is an Agency, if the next step up the career ladder after Agent isn't Special Agent then every thing I've learned is a lie and can never watch the X–files again. And in that thought lies the seeds of madness.
Special Agent. *short sharp nod* |

| Oh what about Director or Deputy Director? (not at all stolen from x-files) those could be for first officers or guild department leaders though. | |
