I'm considering changing my main due to the fact people think I rp too many females
What do we have so far?
Tando - Dark Templar Suiadan - ? (Guardian) Soude - Assassin Nord - Ranger (speculative) Sureshot - Tempest of Set (speculative) Lunarwolf - Herald of Xloti or Bear Shaman
What characters are we in need of?
I'm leaning toward Demologist or Barbarian but am open to fill gaps people might think we have..

Haha! Nah we like you RPing women L-Dubz, mainly because you're one of the very few that can actually pull it off!
From what I can see we have the following:
2 Rogues 1 Soldier 1 Mage 1 Priest
We could definitely do with at least 1 Mage.

Fair enough - I'll stick with Leiren then.
I found the Bear Shaman a bit hard work compared to the Herald - I may change him to a Barbarian seeing as he's barely started. He's meant for crafting anyway, but I'd like to chop people up while I farm

I made an soldier alt, with a big polearm to smash plenty people at the same time ^^' Name should be Beiming yet it could be anything else, I'll confirm you that tonight.
Assassin is fun but it makes me slip past the guard and forget to grind the xp. I'll add to that this day/night thing is horrible and out of the night instance... well cloacking hasn't much of use. :/ It's really disappointing...
I also find that game kinda hard to play, all those combos things...

Well my first character was an Assassin and I have to say I really enjoyed the day/night cycle. I found the night a great time to hone my skills and get the hang of those combo attacks you mention which are quite hard work until you can master them.
I don't know about the other characters but I was pretty damn scary with the Assassin once I had them figured out!

To be quiet honest, the assassin is awesome in night but useless in day. I keep on being spotted by the ennemy be I in the shadows and in the back of the ennemies or in the middle of the way. I'm absolutely not convinced. I hoped the day/night cycle would be changing with the clock, like in any game. Or is that the zone I'm in? I really don't know but so far... It's not impressing me.

By the gods the Barbarian Class is a bit on the scary side - I did the entire tutorial without once stopping between fights and cleaved through enemy after enemy like they were made of butter!
Talk about a DPS class :S
Found no problem with the Stealth either, just put all the skill points on it to max from the moment I started getting skill points and now I can quite literally dance in front of enemies when its at night!
Killed off my Bear Shaman, replaced him with my new Alt:
Nemedan, Barbarian

Incidently I'll be off AoC till Thursday as I'm away at the missus' place and don't have it installed there ( ) so I'll instead be catching up on all the EPOCH-stuff(tm) I've been slacking on since rediscovering this awesome game.

I will on this evening and tomorrow all day since it's a bank holiday. I'm hoping to see any of you there.
Side question: Is there any RP concept that we're putting in place as we tried in APB?

@ Soude: I think we all need to hit level 20 first as thats when the game opens up and you can go anywhere (you're stuck into Tortara or whatever its called until then) and 20th level is required to start a Guild.
But yeah! we should make our own little RP Guild
How about someone other than Sureshot or I running it? I'd love to just "play" a game for once

Aye this is the plan I think we're thinking about going with:
* Hyborian Milita
1. Strategos (leader - can have more then one) 2. Taxiachos (Officer) 3. Hyparchos (sub-Officer) 4. Phalanx (member1) 5. Chiliostys (member2) 6. Conscript (trials)
Reason being I don't think an awful lot of us are up for running the guild, so we thought it'd be an interesting experiment to see how we fare running it as a cohesive unit. I for one love the idea!

Soude - A thought occurred to me last night....
You know you said you were having problems with Stealth? What score did you have it at? I only say this because I was playing the game with my Herald and about level 6 my spells kept getting interrupted and a message would pop up saying "you need to increase your concentration skill"
It wasn't until after a lot of searching (and some help from Suiadan) that I even found WHERE you can add points on (its on the skill tab on the right-hand side, loads of tiny + and - buttons). Once I did that it was fine.
I suspect you probably know about this but I thought I'd mention it because I didn't, and when I made my Barbarian alt up his stealth has been just fine.
