Lunarwolf: We've seen a real increase in recruitment over the last 3 months, due in part to us having a frankly kick-@%&# guild but also because we've seen an increase in people putting the word out. A big "thanks" for that.

Lunarwolf: You've all probably noticed that we're reaching our quota, which is excellent. But we could still do with some new ideas to reel in the fishes. Once we hit 20 members talk will begin on expanding to 30 - so we're gonna need some new ideas.

Lunarwolf: I don't want to downplay what Harl has done though, he's put a lot of work into it. Perhaps it would be best to push it for a Beta play?
Sureshot: I sincerely felt that EPOCH's 'specialists' were getting swept aside a bit
PrioryJK: Great idea, just a bit too early to implement it
PrioryJK: Seems a great way to test newbies out and allow allies to join with us
Lunarwolf: Lore-wise can be sorted I think; they could be hired externally. Create another business (like Azure Towers Lost Persons Agency), a BH Organisation or something, connected to E.P.O.C.H.

Sureshot: Personally I see them more as a means to an end and a feature of the guild rather than one of our main features

Lunarwolf: OK so in summary, what are we agreeing on? Modify their position and put them forward for BETA testing, see how they roll?
Smudge: In OOC terms, I just see them as "friends of the guild" - people who can come along with us and maybe partake is some roleplay in the forums, but are not really part of the guild.
PrioryJK: How will we have them in game btw?
PrioryJK: I suppose thats a technical issue for realease

Lunarwolf: Good point PJK - for us to have access to them they'd need to be given a rank within the guild so we know when they're online etc, but them being in the guild negates the point of them being Freelancers
Sureshot: I see them in similar vain to that of allies which is why theyre in the allies section of the forums
Lunarwolf: Its either that or Harl will have a HUGE in-game friends list!
