| Bought myself a batch of older games yesterday containing UFO trilogy , Rome: Total war - Anthology and Jade empire . Started with UFO trilogy, Aftermath as a first of the series .... Played it already a few years ago and it's definitely in my top 20 games. Maybe a little repetitive later, but still very good from tactical side and based in quite desperate world, where you are trying to survive. As I'm a huge fan of tactical planning I think I'm going to enjoy it once again. I hope Aftershock and Afterlight will be as good as Aftermath | |

| Hasbro Suing Atari Over Dungeons & Dragons License
I think it can take some time before the next D&D game. - Ign.com wrote:
- Hasbro Suing Atari Over Dungeons & Dragons License
Company alleging fraud and breach of contract. by Jim Reilly December 17, 2009 - Hasbro has announced it has filed a lawsuit against Infogrames Entertainment, a subsidiary of Atari, alleging fraud and five different accounts of breach of contract over the license for Dungeons & Dragons.
Hasbro is claiming Atari entered into a "unauthorized sublicensing relationship" with Namco Bandai for the Dungeons & Dragons digital game rights.
"While unfortunate that we had to take this action, it is crucial for us to protect the Dungeons & Dragons brand," said Greg Leeds, President of Wizards of the Coast. "We have been working for several months now to reach resolution with Atari, and they have left us with no other choice than to pursue legal action."
Atari issued a response to IGN saying the allegations are meritless.
"Atari has had a long and rich history with the Dungeons and Dragons franchise, investing millions of dollars into numerous critically acclaimed and commercially successful games that have generated significant revenue for Hasbro," the spokesperson said. "Hasbro has resorted to these meritless allegations, in an apparent attempt to unfairly take back rights granted to Atari."
"Atari has sought to resolve the matter without cooperation from Hasbro. We regret that our long-time partner has decided to pursue this action. Atari will respond appropriately through its legal counsel in court. Ign.com | |

| Almost finished downloading "Kings Bounty: The Legend" and "Kings Bounty: Armoured Princess" and I gotta say I'm really looking forward to it. I'm a sucker for turn-based sword 'n' sorcery games and so far this one looks like a mix of Heroes of Might & Magic V, Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos, and even a fair amount of Final Fantasy thrown in for good measure. I've been waiting for a game like this since I finished the 3 Heroes of Might & Magic V games! Hope I'm not dissapointed.... | |

| I played that a bit. It gets very tough very quickly but a fairly good game nonetheless. It is weird hybrid of games and feels like an odd cross between tabletop gaming and MMO grind-fest. There's a lot of detail but I found most of it superfluous to the core elements; lvling desperately to stand a chance against uber tough spellcasters! |

| No this'll be my second run since I got it last year. Thought I should go through it again before the new one comes out, this time with an Ashley-killing jerk. I've finished up all the sidequests, so all that's left is Virimire, that other planet and the last bit, hopefully tonight. Exciting stuff . | |

| It's a Miranda class starship but you can mix the different types to build different ships, so at the beginning you have a Light Crusier I think and it means you can mix the Miranda class, Akira Class and one other that I've forgotten. | |
