Ok - so we've listed what audio is delighting our ears and we're peeked into what visuals are feasting our eyes... but what is everyone playing whilst they wait for SWTOR to launch?
I've pretty much stopped playing World of Warcraft, and seeing as I have just completeld This and This too, I found myself at a bit of a loss and decided to download the 2gig client file for this free horror mmorpg:
So far its not so much "horrifying" as it is odd and creepy, but it is good fun and is free. Oh and its a bit gore-filled too

I don't play anything and actually haven't for a while now... There are no good games lately for me. So i focus on watching TV series and anime in my free time.. and waste it trying to write a nice character story for my 2 swtor chars. Thats not going well either.
I lack inspiration..
Anyway... waiting for the new Bioware RPG... Dragon age right? I think. Might be worth something.

At the moment I'm playing with matches!
Honestly though, I'm a professional (as you know) so this takes up my time!

Ooooooo... How you finding it? Empire:TW is next on my list to get - I absolutely love MedievalII. I've got too many unfinished games going atm so I'm trying to be good and not splash out yet.
Most mag reviews slate the naval battles, but are they really that bad? The Creative Assembly have had how many games over which to perfect the land battle system? Surely we can't expect the new navy battles to be as good yet. Good on them for trying, I say - it needed implementing.
I may just have to be naughty and buy yet another game...

I really like the naval battles, better than they've been in any other RTS Ive played. The land battles are as great as ever too. Ive heard people say the campaign map has become a lot more complicated and confusing but I didnt have much trouble with it. Rome:TW is still my fave though
I picked up Drakensang today so i'll be playing that soon.

Right now I am playing RPG games such as Fable 2 and Mass Effect. I'm also playing this online shooter with my Guild called Quake Live.

Anyone else got the new Anno game? Anno 1404 is a resource management/city builder game fan's wet dream! I've been playing it a week and I'm hooked!
If you're any good at this sort of thing (like I like to think of myself), the tutorial scenarios get pretty full on really quickly and leave your head spinning with so much you have to do! I love it: 9/10 (though maybe I'm biassed! lol)

My mate had anno - he was nuts for it, we'd lose his for weeks at a time, he'd "call in sick to work" and all the rest of it
As for me, apart from playing lotro and left4dead I've finally found something that will work on my laptop at work!
Its kid-anime-cutesy (in a Zelda on the Snes kinda way) side-scrolling action mmorpg *cough* (its really not an mmorpg at all, except in the very literal sense, there's virtually no community and its totally soloable).
But its button-bashing madness fun and totally free, so it gets my vote!
Dragonica
(and yes, I play a "Thief" - her name is Xen )

I've started to play Fable II again on the 360. I just love that game for some reason. I only have a silver account with xbox live though, so no co-oping I'm afraid.
I'm also playing Call of Juarez on the PS3 which isn't too bad, but not great. As well as playing Little Big Planet with my daughter. She just loves it. I'm going to try and trade some sold games in and get Fight Night Round 4. I've tried the demo and it seems great.
