    You're right, I'm sorry. I didn't mean criticise one of your favorite games - I personally don't think the game is that bad. I just meant the quotes they used didn't do it justice!

    Well it seems that LotRO has now become a Free-to-play game. Hardly surprisingly really considering how awful MoM was and I hear the new expansion didn't have to much to offer either. Rumour has it they were only pulling in 250k subscribers. Shame really.

    having a life sub is best anyway, if you chose the free to play you get a few limits were as the Life subs get everything.

    Website says it's not free till the fall from what I saw.. But I've already invested a fair amount of time in leveling characters in DDO right now.

    We had plans to move into LOTRO with my sis, my SWG friend and her husband but it went poof since I ended not being able to suscribe on the US servers.
