Yeah very relieved a 3rd class would have been a complete waste of time, also the module with the missing assignment i got 41% which isnt great but not bad considering I lost 40% due to the assignment being disallowed form the overall module, so I must have done crazy in the exam I took lol around 75% or something haha
also my Thesis which was late unchecked and incredibly rough from my point of view netted me a cool 69% mark

So I dodged various bullets!

actually soude in all likelyhood the problem has not been solved as I got such a low mark (40%) im guessing they've just gone ahead and given me a 0 mark, probably becuase even if i did to resubmit the mark would not bump me up a grade :/

The most important being you have your year validated... whatever the marks are!
