What modifications would you like done, Ali? (I'll try my damnest to get it correct for you) You do love to hear me whine don't ya? Well its great. But to make it PERFECT (if that's even possible wit me ) i can suggest a few little changes. 1. I know you don't make clothes yourself. But if you could eliminate the "crest" thing on the chest i would love you long time. 2. If you could change the belt. I know you don't make the outfits and all but the concept i have is that to this rugged outfit she should wear a echani shield belt... that not only doesn't fit her clothes at all but doesn't look like a normal shield bet either Whatever a normal shield belt would look like... Lets say a normal one would look bulky and big like this. The echani one might look like This. Less bulky... more... arty... heh like a decoration or a fashion piece more then a shield belt.(thats the lady version but i think you get the drift.) Atleast thats how i see it. 3. If we are at the belts... what about armbands? Possible or nay? 4. I would love for her sword to e shorter, and hanging from her belt She is not a zweihander wielding slayer 5. I notice this suit has a hood. Altho i would love it "down" to reveal her hair i would also like to try another pose.. to make it visible Thats all i can think of for now If you're bored you might add another weapon to her belt. A Telescopic spear. It looks like a short stick with a sharp point that doubles or tipples its length creating a normal spear to stab from a distance. Something a fast, short warrior would use to keep an enemy out on a distance in melee combat i would think. |

The crest is part of the texture mesh, with that removed the entire thing will become a solid white block with nothing but shadows on it. To remove the crest I would have to ether: * Remove the texture entirely and try to find one to fit or * Remove it afterwards in photoshop - Aliendra wrote:

Atleast thats how i see it. The belt is part of the costume as a whole and can't be removed unfortunately - HOWEVER, I do have an idea.... but its a long shot. What I could try to do is reduce the width of the belt on both the X and Z axis (so its less wide and sticks out less) and paint it the same colour as the outfit thereby making it effectively invisible... I could then put another belt over the top. This is a crazy long-shot and probably wont work, but I started this so BY JOVE I'll finish it! lol. - Aliendra wrote:
3. If we are at the belts... what about armbands? Possible or nay? Quite possible. I'll sort it out! - Aliendra wrote:
4. I would love for her sword to e shorter, and hanging from her belt She is not a zweihander wielding slayer Sure, can do... but didn't you want a sword on her back? as in - Aliendra wrote:
Anyway... could i nag you to perfect that when i'm gone to fill the whole description? Short scrawny girl dressed in baggy clothes with her wrist shield and shield belt. and a bastard sword on her back... That would be friggin awesome to have^^ Making it shorter is no problem whatsoever though. - Aliendra wrote:
5. I notice this suit has a hood. Altho i would love it "down" to reveal her hair i would also like to try another pose.. to make it visible That hood is possibly the biggest pain in the @% known to man, but sure - I'm on it - Aliendra wrote:

Also, please be aware that he pose she is in is not final, I can change it to lots of different predetermined poses or even manually pose her myself any way you want (though that takes a while) so consider this her "wardrobe check" we can decide what pose she goes in after (that, incidentally goes for all the models, they can go in whatever pose and I'll change them for whatever picture they're in) | |

| Lol - sorry Ali, I've not done any 3d work of any sort in a while. Setting up the lotro guild (which I appreciate has no interest for you at all ) is taking up a lot of my time as well as working on lots of sneaky behind-the-scenes stuff here. Rest assured, my first port of call on the 3d stuff is Masu, I've not forgotten her! | |
