| Well, first I tried the wee lassie in Heromachine, which was a good laugh but unfortunately it was a bit 'facist'. Next I tried to draw her myself and wasnt quite happy with it.... I think I need to get back to my drawing; some of the proportions were out, etc... So, here's my last attempt and I quite like it! You'll have to excuse it being in Black and White because I had an argument with the skin textures and they wouldnt want to go white without loosing detail, so I kept in human-skin tone then put her in PS and put the whole thing in Black and White. So, here is my lil' Twi'lek lass, this time is something a little 'less combat': | |

| Very cool indeed . Bet you've learned tons in the process too! Are the models fully boned for custom poses or is it a case of choosing a pre-set body stance and applying it to the scene? |

| The models don't have a skeletal structure that I can see, they're wire-frame models though so I suppose that's pretty similar.
There are some poses for you to choose from, but everything is completely customisable if you have the patience! | |

| I see... Usually for posing purposes you'd stick a bones system into a wireframe mesh whereby each 'bone' effects the mesh surrounding it. That bone is attached to the next bone with (if it's clever) a fixed angle and degree of possible rotation in the link. Head, elbows, knees, fingers etc all have handles allowing you to pull the limbs around like a manikin. And there is your first lesson in Inverse Kinematics. lol |

| Yep, thats pretty much the cookie - you can modfity, move and rotate every segment from a single point of origin or seperate it and go completely freeform... but then it gets messy. | |

| I love every single part of it except the shoes! I think the shoes seem really out of place personally as they look like something from the here and now rather than something from another galaxy. The rest of her gear looks superb though!!! Good work. | |

Yeah they're the only ones I could find that didnt cause major clipping issues or look out of place with the rest of that outfit.
I'll sort them. | |

| Those look real good. It must take for ever to get them looking like that. I 'aquired' Poser 7 when the family business I worked for went into admin a few months ago. I haven't a clue how to use it. I've tried a few times but I just have no idea what I'm doing.
Great work! | |
