May Roll Call (Important Changes!)

This months roll call will be slightly different from the others as we now have a new website. Although the domain name hasn't been finalised all members will b e expected to join up with our new site and mark their attendance in the new events section.

The May Roll Call has been marked so please just leave a reply there. Thanks!

For anyone who is new to the website:

1. Click on Sureshot's link (listed in the post above entitled "events section")
2. This should bring you to a screen with a Calendar on it*
3. Scroll down to May 1st
4. Click on the giant "E" symbol on the event called "May roll call"
5. This should bring up another screen
6. Click on "Sign up for this event" under 'Attendance List"
7. (optional) leave a comment to let people know or write something 'witty' etc

And thats it





* If it doesn't, you need to sign up. Get to it!

Can't see the event.

That's odd - its set up so that

can see it :S

Is there just no event on that Calendar day, Smudge? or can you not see the entire events page?

Yep, May 1 is just blank.

I'll alter it so that it visible to "all registered members"
Hopefully that should sort it, but to be honest it should be working anyway

I had the same trouble as Smudge yet now I can see it ><'

Well the Events thing is kinda new, they might still be working out the bugs/mynocks.

I think for now so long as people can reply (as you've done Caryington) then it shows people have 'checked in' anyway, and that'll be fine for now

Anyway I've been invited and find out an option to set my status as attending ^^'

Got it now, that was weird.

Yeah I sent invites to whomever was remaining - figured that *might* do it

It appears some members haven't signed up to our new boards either so until they do, chances are they won't get an invite.
