Ah I didn't see the spoiler, sorry about that chap.
Have to say I'm laughing (with short breaths) my @%&# off at the PvP community at the minute over this whole Warzone/Battleground debate. Talk about jumping the gun!!
EDIT: BTW it hasn't been confirmed that ships will be player housing yet has it?

Nope, it hasn't. I put:
TOR info so far wrote:
* STARSHIPS: Confirmed, customizable, possibly a type of player housing.
But that comes from what Mary Bihr said:
That Bihr Woman wrote:
These ships are important because they offer a home for players to use as a base of operations from which to explore the Galaxy
I was just reading between the lines a little with that.
Incidently, was I the only one that felt a little let-down by the E3 crowd for not cheering? I was like "PLAYER SHIPS! Yeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaah!" With them you could almost hear the crickets. I mean, isn't this what people were asking for? show a little appreciation you buggers!

Yeah I'll change it to "Hub", I know their set bombed, maybe its was more of a console audience then a PC one but I was kinda surprised by the lack of interest I mean customisable player ships in Star Wars come on people!!

Just checking, I've been looking at the two Trailers - "Deceived" and "Hope" and have been trying to recognise the 8 classes among them....
DECEIVED:
Bounty Hunter(s): Shae Vizla Imperial Agent(s): Twi'lek Companion (Vette?) Sith Warrior(s): Plenty! Sith Inquisitors(s): Darth Malgus + probably some in the crowd of Sith Smuggler(s): None Jedi Knight(s): Jedi Crowd + Main oppoenent of Malgus Jedi Consular(s): Jedi Crowd Trooper(s): None
If that's right we've seen only the slightest hint of the Imperial Agent (in the form of a Companion Character) and absolutely NO smuggler footage yet.
Fingers crossed for a third Cinematic Trailer before launch?
Oh and just saw this over at the Prax:

No details as to where they found that, but it could be interesting to keep an eye out for! (Prax Link)

Imperial Agent(s): Twi'lek Companion (Vette?)
She's actually called Eleena Daru, and plays a part in the upcoming novel. I'm not sure whether if she represents an Imperial Agent or not. She's obviously using cover, but I thought she maybe had the look of a smuggler about her (pistol instead of rifle (not suggesting IAs can't use pistols)). Instead, I think she just represents a companion. In the same way companions in the game don't necessarily have to be the exact same as the playable classes, she doesn't have to be a representation of a single class.
Lunarwolf wrote:
Jedi Consular(s): The Jedi combatant (Satele Shan?)
Nah, can't be Satele. The trailer is set place before Threat of Peace, in which Satele was only a padawan and used a single-bladed green lightsaber.
All that aside, I think you're right - Agents and Smuggler definitely need some cinematic love. Maybe for the launch trailer?

Daru! thats the name I couldn't remember In retrospect I don't think I was very clear about what I meant with the individuals in the videos, I meant to say they were what I considered a "representation" of the classes rather than confirmed information; I just failed to write that like a crazy person!
What I was trying to get at is that [Eleena Daru] was like the video portraying what I felt seemed like an IA, sortof like BW going "This is the sneaky agent-type one"
@ Tando: Couldn't agree more on the starships thing! I wonder if by "customizable" means we'll be able to built them from the hull up, or whether we get a "type" and then just mess about with paint-jobs etc?

I'd like to think that we can modify how they look externally, not just internally, so that you could have different looking engines or hulls, plus paint jobs also.. and a starship or station would be lovely for a base.

I don't know which would fill me with most glee; a Space Station, Capital Ship or Big 'ol Building for a Guild Hall.
Assuming we get Guild Halls *crosses fingers*

Can't we have all three? Personally I'd like a station best, that way we had to fly our ships to a meeting spot, make it a little more interesting if space pvp is possible, we might get shot down on the way to our meeting by a rival guild or something.

I'm sure we could do without the Starship if we have a station and a land base somewhere.. maybe on Hutta... but whatever.. I'm happy even with a big old frigate ship as a base.. something that's unnoticeable.

Well they've lived up to the "lots of new content"!
Some of the various armours look amazing, (that bounty-hunters black-stripe one especially), things like the Breach Droid in the PVP video, MON-CALAMRI trooper npc! (lol) and don't even get me started on the SHIPS!
most awesome....

Article here with Rich Vogel:

They are bases for you very similar to player housing. We haven't talked much about customization. and the reason we [haven't] is because we haven't really implemented a lot of those systems in the game yet. We are working with other things with your spaceship other than that. About customization, you will have to wait and see.

@ Harewood: Look! your hope for characters with Facial hair combos has been realized!
But...um....when did The Empire resurrect Freddie Mercury? (bounty hunter & imperial agent video @ 0:49)
Also it looks like I might be able to get a skimpy outfit or two for Aleina which makes me a happy bunny

Looks like Smugglers get the same Holo-Shield power thing that Imperial Agents do..... Is that the first cross-class power?
Also REALLY loving the Twi'lek's voice - that's pretty much how I envisioned Ree when I made her... especially the part where she says "I wanna kill you more than I've ever wanted to kill anyone.." at 1:37

Ok from all that info I got this:
1. Player ships are going to be seriously awesome!!! Very, VERY cool update. 2. Crafting sounds basic, so no change there. Just hoping that it's not an epic grind. 3. PvP is starting to sound horrendous already. If its instanced it will fail...hard. 4. Bounty Hunters armour is just unbelievab;y sexy! 5. The Imperial Agent is Roger Moore! Loving his voice. 6. The Trooper still sucks, but the Smuggler is starting to look great with the mirrored IA abilities. 7. Did anyone else notice the dude frozen in carbonite?
