Happy Because...

Looks like people are finally finding jobs again despite this blasted "global recession". Well congrats guys, one and all - and for anyone still looking, keep trying! It can be done

(I've spent quite a while unemployed myself at one point, 4 years ago....'tis not nice )

Yeah, I start my new job next week . Finally back into the job market and it feels like the world has been lifted! Long term unemployment and being poor isn't fun.

It's better to have an horrible job than none at all. I wish all of you good luck.

Even though your guesses were... intriguing (to say the least) I'll clear up confusiong by posting some info. The Tattoo itself was quite large in its first stages but its shrunk quite considerably because of edits and naging etc.

To celebrate my eighteenth year alive and to commemorate the awesome year and overall awesomeness of New Zealand I'm tattooing myself with a design including a Siver Fern. I ripped the original design from the internet but after a few hours on the drawing board the only real part that was kept in its original shape was the fern itself.

I've got a picture of me with the paper cut out on my arm and as you can see it's quite small. However, the idea that I've had is that I get this as an original tattoo and upon returning to New Zealand or when I am about to conclude my stay there I expand on it with other parts. I've really come to love New Zealand and it's my way of showing it! ^_^

I'd say we should set up a "Tattoos" section in the Gallery, but do we have that many inked people among us?

I suppose they wouldn't all need to be our Tats...

Anyone here withoug Tats? well beside me.. :p

Hmmm I'm sure I did suggest this before, And Blue I have no tats either but ffind some of them to be very good like paintings.

First volume of Invasion comics has been released in France ! That's one less thing to order from UK. I had hard time with the first book from the Vong era but I like the whole story a lot. I liked to see Star Wars becoming something less light or dark but somewhere in the middle.

I've often thought about getting a tattoo. Drawn up quite a few designs in the past. Thing is, even though I know what I like I also know what I'm like. I tend to see life as a series of episodes or stages. In a way I feel like I haven't yet reached a part of my story I won't on some days want not to remember. (My word that sounds gloomy! )
