Did anyone else notice we'd just hit the first Sunday in the Month? No? Me neither
Anyways its October, its the first Sunday of the Month and that means its GUILD MEETING TIME!
As it happens I have this Sunday off work and am available so I'll chair this one (if Sureshot, Priory and Soude don't mind that is). Its the first one since we've got our new Chatroom so (no disrespect to STEAM) I suggest we hold it in there because we don't have to worry about the chat-logs
A room will exist in the chatroom for called 'Guild Meeting' which we will use. The password to enter is 'octten'.3rd October 2010 Meeting Agenda

- Meeting location = EPOCH Chatroom, in specifically created room 'Guild Meeting'.
- Meeting duration = 1-2 hours

Points of Discussion:RECRUITMENT & ACTIVITY: We will be looking at how recruitment has improved and what we can do to improve it further; we'll discuss any suggestions or how to progress. We will also be looking at general activity within the guild and discuss ways of improving activity ratings, now that we have established a president to deal with inactive members.
ALLY INTERACTION Our allies are valuable to us, so much so that an Agent is assigned to liaise with each one on our behalf. With TOR approaching now is the time to strengthen our bonds with these groups and we will take some time to discuss new ways to do this.
The 'IRL Meeting': Seeing as a few of our Agents will be descending upon the UK capital of London this month, we'll be discussing how to meet up, where, when and what the planned schedule is.
ROLEPLAYING: We'll be discussing the implication of our 2nd and 3rd RP choices here on EPOCH (being Chat-RP and D-RP) and how to fully integrate them with our existing Rps. We will also be addressing concerns and taking questions on this topic as well as opening the floor to suggestions on how to make our RP even better.
GUILD ROLES: It has become apparent that the remaining (mainly active) members look for things to do within the Guild, and would like to actively help out. With that in mind we'll be looking at possible new roles to offer Agents in this, the final run up to release of TOR. As an example, I will be looking for an RP Assistant and someone to co-manage the E.P.O.C.H. Wiki now that I have more responsibilities. We welcome any suggestions people might have for ideas in this area.
COMMENDATIONS:: E.P.O.C.H. have gotten a lot of positive press recently and its because we work as a team that this comes about. To finish off the meeting I will be taking a moment to recognise people's achievements over the last couple of months and bring to light that which has been done in the name of the Guild (including some behind the scenes work!) - If you would like to nominate someone for a commendation please PM me and I'll add it into this section.
